How to Organize Pilgrimages to Canadian Shrines

One of our pilgrimage organizers has prepared a document on how he organizes his pilgrimages to the Canadian Shrines.  Each organizer has his/her method of organizing a pilgrimage based on their style and experiences or the experiences of others.  We thought it might be of interest to new organizers and even experienced ones to read how someone else does it.
